Moleskine App for IPad

Thought I should just share about this awesome app.
This makes the note app in iPad pretty much useless!

Go get Moleskine app, it is free and is great for writing.
The interface and functionality is very user friendly.

That is how the icon will look like on the page

The cute front page, feels just like a real moleskine.

The list of topics

A little guide to the app..

Basically you can jot things down like the app penultimate. You can share location and post photos on your article.

Great app for travel and writing.
Would be perfect of ipad2 with the photo function.

Anyways Go get it!

Christmas Songs App

Been using this app to listen to Christmas songs while I work to have a jolly mood while spending 10 hours a day in the library….

Check out this app

Christmas Music

It doesn’t look that impressive, but it does the job!

List of so many Christmas songs streamed to the phone!

Not sure how much it cost I think it was £1. But for the Christmas spirit it brings! Definitely worth it!

Only downside is that the songs are shuffled. Good n bad I supposed!streaming movie The Boss Baby

Give it a try!

My New Kindle 3

I have a new toy!
Got myself a kindle 3!!
I know I know…
My GF already told me. “You have an iPad what’s the point of getting this”

People don’t realise! You Can’t Compare!!

You can even make money with Kindle like this!
Find out Here!!

But I am not using it for making money! Just using it to read!

Yes, iPad is like an e-reader, but somehow it is just different. It is more like an entertainment device. I use iPad for movies, games, browsing, songs, and to read comics and magazines. Occasionally a book.

Somehow after using the kindle, it it’s a whole new level of reading. It is really a proper e-reader, for serious reading.
iPad is quite big and the Screen can be quite tiring to look at after awhile.

Been reading with kindle and it just feels like a book. It’s smooth and it doesn’t strain my eyes! (Will write a kindle 3 review soon!)

Finished a book by Lee Child called Worth Dying For in 2 nights. Pretty interesting story, but some parts you will think it is a bit unrealistic. Oh well it is fiction! I don’t read a lot, but finishing in 2 nights is quite an achievement!

Anyways!
Checked amazon & saw the bestseller was this! Loaded it up on the kindle and I’m ready for another round !

I’ll try create a widget or a page on the blog with what book I am currently reading. Will be quite cool to have a record of the books I have read.

So Stieg Larsson — The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo!

I am now officially reading you!

A Day at Giverny with my D3 + 105mm VR

Decided to take a drive from Paris to Giverny on Sunday. Perfect sunny weather!

Only took my D3 + 105mm micro lens. Wanted to just walked around and travel light. Didn’t get to capture a lot of landscape shots with that lens. It was hard to take nice landscape with so many tourist everywhere. Decided to go close instead! Main focus was just flowers……Hardly travel with my micro lens…was a good day to use it.

Was really nice to see where Monet stayed and got his inspiration from…the area is a beautiful place…a little too crowded with tourist…but it was Sunday..was pretty enjoyable drive + day.

Always wanted to take bugs and flowers…so gave it a go!
Just walked around with the camera and lens…no tripod no flash…just natural lighting and steady hands!

Wanted to focus on the flowers…so cropped it 1×1 to get a square frame around to capture the attention on the flowers…added vignette to it to really focus on the colours….

My Fav Flower Shot

I like it!

Intermission break….was in my backyard…tried using iphone 4 to take this snail..

Taken with iPhone 4….pretty good micro shot from a phone!

Okieee….back to the Giverny Flowers….
