So I am starting my weight losing cycle again…yes again…
Two months ago before a very special person was to visit, I was trying to burn calories like crazy! Lost around 3-4 kgs in 2 months. Must admit it was pretty slow, because I wasn’t as hardcore compared to my old 21 year old period of tuna & corn diet.
After she left, I started getting lazy and comfortable again. Weight started piling up, just checked my weight. It is a very scary 87kg. I have this Yo-Yo habit of getting a bit of results, and then I start slacking.
