A couple of weeks ago, I made a switch from Microsoft Office Entourage to Mac Mail, the default Mailing client for Mac.
I just regretted that decision, because Mail is disgustingly unreliable!
The application was running, while my batt was running low, and when my Macbook died, the database died with my mail.
Restarted the laptop, launched Mail, and all my 6 mail account setting was wiped out!
All my old emails from 4 years, all went missing!!!
Tried to find a way to retrieve the data, but it seems like there is no hope.
Initially, I thought Mail was more user friendly & reliable than Entourage, but I guess I was dead wrong.
The interface seems clean and simple to navigate, but it is just crap to use!
One thing I like about entourage is it seems complete, when you type an email address it searches a list of contacts and list them down for you to choose, for Mail you have to search for the contact in Address book to get them in.
So guess I’m going back to Microsoft Entourage, it is a little ironic going for Mac to Microsoft all over again.
